Oreet, the creator of SharQui – The bellydance workout®, is an award winning performer, a sought after choreographer, teacher and fitness presenter. Do you ever have a hard time remembering what happens next?

Hi Adonia Renee! How I memorize my choreo is by the DIRECTIONAL CHANGES for each block. This is what I mean…you can see that all the choreographies that I offer have blocks that move in different directions. So let’s block 1 move forward/back, block 2 moves side to side, block 3 moves on the diagonal, and so on. This is why I include the “direction” column in the choreography notes. I hope this helps
