Give It A Try

For most people, hitting a dance fitness class to get into shape can be intimidating – but take my word for it, it’s not as overwhelming as you think!

I absolutely LOVE showing people that they CAN do it and that they are AMAZING doing it (while burning calories, bonus!) – and the best way to do that, is with SharQui.

But if you’re just starting your regimen of a happier and healthier you — or want to check around the site for a bit — here’s some cool stuff you need to know.

Three reasons to Shake your Beauty with SharQui:

#1: SharQui is here to stay habibti! (means “my darling” in Arabic).

Look, bellydance is over 6,000 years old and is one of the oldest dance forms in the world. So, bellydance as a workout, isn’t just a fad.

#2: SharQui provides double duty!

SharQui is the perfect marriage of authentic bellydance and fitness. It’s fitness accredited with AFAA, NASM and ACE fitness associations and has been tested and taught to pro instructors and fitness enthusiasts – and it works. Afwan. (means “you’re welcome” in Arabic).

#3: SharQui gives you the pleasure of working your brain in a different way while having fun and feeling shimmylicious!

I’m not sure about you, but I refuse to get off the couch unless I know my workout is going to be fun yet challenging. Life is too short. If your workout isn’t pleasurable, why bother?

So…are you ready to Shake your Beauty?

Head over here to check out a class near you, or here to do it at home!
