SharQuí HIIT: Move back and forth between intense bellydance moves and weight training.

Stretch Flow:  Unlock your joints and mobilize your muscles toward better splits and backbends

SharQui Party: It’s a different themed class every week with Laylianah

SharQui’s Dance Strong: Multi-dimensional, high intensity moves using the resistance of your own body. Train for strength and stamina without sacrificing artistry.
