Bellydance Performance Troupe with Jessica
Mondays from 6:00-7:00 pm EST on 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25
$45. Member pricing: $25 for Fitness Pass/Recording Pass members, included in Studio Pass membership
Want to perform? Join Jessica Monday nights to learn and practice simple and flashy group choreographies. Perform these dances at SharQui’s online haflas as well as perform or teach them at outside events. Choreography will be Egyptian-inspired and primarily set to SharQui’s music.

Zills-n-Rhythm with Oreet
Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00 pm EST on 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27

As bellydancers we call them zills and they are definitely a lost art! This intensive is for the beginner to advanced ziller. You will learn a minimum of 3 Egyptian rhythms and progress into moving and playing at the time. This intensive will be formatted as a coaching session and meet each individual where they are – no matter their skill level.

Emotions in Dance with Melanie
Saturdays from 10:00am-11:00am EST on 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23

Emotion can take your dance from a performance to an art form! Join Melanie to explore how to connect with your audience and draw them in using movement and facial expression. We will practice ways to incorporate different emotions, and learn a full choreography to perform as a group at the Halloween Hafla on October 30!

Ballet Posture for Bellydance with Jill
Wednesday, 10/13 @ 6:00-6:55pm EST

Curious how some dancers perform with such grace, elegance and fluidity? Understanding ballet posture can help you develop those skills! We’ll break down ballet principals of posture and how to incorporate them into your movement vocabulary. Learn simple poses that will refine your bellydancing. No prior ballet experience necessary.

Community SharQui Workout with Annissa
Saturday, 10/23 @ 3:00-3:30pm EST
$5. Free for Virtual Studio members.
This Community SharQui Workout will be taught by certified instructors who want a platform to perfect their skills, or by newly certified instructors going through our SharQui Instructor Academy. These community classes provides a space for the instructor to grow their skills in a supportive atmosphere while offering a more economical option for the public to experience the benefits of SharQui. Come support our instructors and help them on the path to their teaching success!
A Virtual Studio Membership is required to participate in these classes.

SharQui Workout: Our traditional high-energy bellydance workout.
SharQui Veil: A traditional SharQui Workout infused with safe veil technique. Enhance your workout from the added upper body toning. Veil is optional as options for students without veils will be provided. Beginner friendly.
SharQui Workout Level 2: Our traditional high-energy bellydance workout but kick up a notch with more intricate moves.
SharQui Styles: Our traditional high-energy bellydance workout but fused with an inspiration of another dance genre. Each week will be a new dance style fusion.
Dance Strong: Using intense bellydance moves to increase stamina and strength. The use of a chair and light hand weights are used.
SharQui Core: This cross training class combines light weights and Pilates mat exercises with bellydance movements, all focused on strengthening the abdominals and back for SharQui.
Crash Choreo: Learn a 1-2 minute choreography that gets your heart rate up.
Restorative SharQui: A lower-intensity class perfect for injury recovery, rest days, and starting with or getting back into fitness.
SharQui Workout Party: It’s a different themed dance party every week with Laylianah. Dance your worries away in this improv-based, stress-busting workout
