Get ready to shimmy, shake, and sweat with this FREE Friday night dance party from SharQui – The Bellydance Workout!
This 50 min workout features a high-energy sampler of cardio, strength, and flexibility from SharQui’s founder, Oreet. Not only will you experience an incredible full body workout, you’ll learn authentic bellydance moves in a beginner-friendly way.
There’s something for everyone with…
- 20 minutes of our classic bellydance workout, a cardio dance party that will have you smiling as you shimmy
- 20 minutes of Dance Strong, a bodyweight workout with intervals of bellydance cardio
- 10 minutes of mindful stretching to increase mobility and flexibility
Double the fun and invite a friend. Everyone is welcome! No dance or fitness experience required.
We do encourage you to participate live but if you can’t make it live, a recording will be emailed out after the class and will be available for viewing for 7 days.

About your instructor:
Oreet has over 20 years of experience in fitness and dance. She grew up with Yemeni folk and Oriental dance and has a degree in Contemporary Dance from SUNY College at Brockport. SharQuí has been featured on NBC, ABC, CBS and CNN, among other outlets. Some of Oreet’s bellydance awards are: Bellydancer of the Year, and Middle Eastern Dance Champion of North America. She’s led packed classes worldwide and has worked with thousands of men and women to realize their fitness potential.
