In this workshop you will learn the dance of Oreet’s ethnic background – Israeli Yemenite heritage. Oreet will explain why they were the artisans of Yemen – developing and perfecting their art, music and dance, along with keeping the original traditions of the ancients Jews of Judea (Israel). You’ll experience nuanced foot work in their dance, head and hand gestures, and the instruments they used.
