Have you ever wished for a stronger core, effortless floor work, easy level changes, or having a more commanding presence? In this workshop, we will be practicing yoga specifically for belly dancers. Through specific poses, we will combine the strengthening qualities of yoga with belly dance moves. Want easy level changes? How about practicing Malasana? Would you like effortless floor work? Let’s start with Vasisthasana! Do you want to fight off performance anxiety? Try Pranayama! I will take you through a dynamic, challenging and fun practice where we connect the dots between yoga and belly dance. All levels welcome. All poses can be modified.
