Carol's Bio:

Carol has been actively teaching SharQui since 2015 and has expanded her curriculum to include classes in Level 2 SharQui, Bellydance Technique & Choreography, and Bellydance with Props. She is also proud to have a great student troupe, Whimsical Hips, who perform with her throughout the year.

SharQui the Bellydance Workout Level 2

Take it up a notch with this fast-paced SharQui class. We begin each class with a special Shimmy Challenge, where students shimmy continuously for up to 12 minutes, exploring an authentic Middle Eastern song with 20 kinds of shimmies!

After a quick set of drills, we dive into a challenging SharQuí choreography focusing on layered movements, turns, and directional/level changes.

Best for students with dance background.
