(IN-PERSON WORKSHOP) Shake your Beauty® with this revolutionary bellydance style that ANYONE can do! This class is for all bodies – those who want to try bellydance and for those who are experienced and want to work on technique. It will include basic moves with opportunity to layer, across the floor techniques and combos, and a fun choreography at the end. Oreet’s unique breakdown and repetition-inspired method is guaranteed to provide an enjoyable, easy-to-follow dance experience! Get ready to shake your beauty and celebrate YOU!

Tap into the emotional side of performing with Lyrical Bellydance. Think Tarab, but through a modern lens. You’ll learn choreography that showcases movement qualities of flow, grace and power, and how to translate your emotion onstage with facial expression technique. Jill will also give you a peak into her research process and share some tips on how to create your own lyrical dance piece.

Grab a seat and get ready to shimmy and sway with Oreet’s exciting new creation: SharQui Seated! You’ll be shimmying and swaying like a pro with a focus on upper body movements that will not only empower you but also leave you feeling energized! This class is thoughtfully designed to cater to dancers of all mobilities, so everyone can join in on the fun!

SharQui Workout: Our traditional high-energy bellydance workout.
SharQui 2: Our traditional high-energy bellydance workout but kick it up a notch with more intricate moves.
SharQui Veil: A traditional SharQui Workout infused with safe veil technique. Enhance your workout from the added upper body toning. Veil is optional as options for students without veils will be provided. Beginner friendly.
SharQui Styles: Our traditional high-energy bellydance workout but fused with an inspiration of another dance genre. Each week will be a new dance style fusion.
Dance Strong: Using intense bellydance moves to increase stamina and strength. The use of a chair and light hand weights are used.
SharQui Core: This cross training class combines light weights and Pilates mat exercises with bellydance movements, all focused on strengthening the abdominals and back for SharQui.
Crash Choreo: Learn a 1-2 minute choreography that gets your heart rate up.
Lengthen & Stretch: Explore the many ways to stretch and prep our bodies from head to toes. Myofascial stretching, breath work, visualization, and gyrotonics principles will be used.
