Think of it like this…
You need to give your students feedback in order to get better, right?
Well, my friend – you need it too! If it’s constructive criticism of your teaching, you can work on it! Or if it’s something super simple like the way you onboard a student, you could easily have it fixed!
But if a student is quietly frustrated and leaves without you knowing why then you’ll never know what it is that you need to enhance so that you can grow.
So, my truth smack:
A customer complaint is an opportunity for you to be amazing!
